Terms And Conditions:

1. Minimum 2 bottles are required every week.
2. Less than 2 bottles a week will be charged Rs. 400/bottle with deposit of Rs.1300 (refundable).
3. Customer shall keep the bottle in a safe and proper well maintained temperature location.
4. Monthly advance payments of refill is required to entitle bottles without deposit/security.
5. Bottles can’t be used for any other liquid or material.
6. Customer shall inform Mist in case of changing delivery address.
7. These terms and conditions are immediate effect upon ordering Mist Alkaline water.
8. The customer shall maintain the bottle in a clean and hygienic condition. Otherwise, Mist will not hold any responsibility.
9. Mist will collect empty bottles from the customers during every delivery in a week. If any bottle is lost, damaged, or destroyed, the customer will pay the cost of bottle Rs. 1300.
10. The contract or delivery can be terminated any time by either party by giving one week notice.
11. Upon delivery, you may ask our delivery personnel to enter your premises to place the bottle at your appointed location or the dispensers.
12. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
13. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice at any time.
14. We don’t warrant that the quality of our product, service, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
15. We don’t warrant scheduled delivery on time in case of natural disaster, strikes or any reason out of our limits.

How many bottles do you wish to open your account with?

Minimum 2 bottles are required to get registered in order to open an account for yourself. Further, a security deposit of Rs.1300 per bottle will be charged, which is refundable upon account closure. 

Delivery will be made once a week only, so select the number of bottles according to your number of your households.
